We've partnered with Seven Oaks Mall to provide us with a unique and central location to make our day as easy as possible.
With ample parking, connections to transit and main roadways, it'll be as easy as anything to make your way to our site. We'll be close to a main entrance on the south end of the building so we're quick to get to, as well.
Since there's a food court right on site, you'll have quick and easy access to a variety of food and drink vendors. Better yet, some of them have even given us exclusive deals and coupons for our registered guests!

What
Fraser Valley Tabletop Day is a celebration of all types of tabletop gaming and is dedicated to providing a great gaming experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. Gaming is for a everyone!
Our premise is a simple one. Everyone brings their favourite games and we all play them and hand out lots of sweet prizes from local sponsors. This will be our 8th FVTD event.
We will have Board games, Card Games, Role-playing Games, Unpublished Games, Miniatures, Party games and any other game that involves a table! There's something for everyone and something for all experience levels!
Events:
Not only will we have over 500 tabletop games, on site, for you to play but we're preparing a great set of events to keep you busy all day long!
Role Playing Games:
We'll have two sessions for your RPG gaming. Choose the available options as add-ons during your registration. Sessions will take place during one of two time slots at 11:30am to 2:30pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
Hosted Gaming:
We're looking for great volunteers to run sessions of their favourite tabletop games! If you're looking to teach some folks some games or get a session going of those heavy strategy games, hit the link below to submit your event to us!

Fraser Valley Tabletop Day is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees. To ensure the event is enjoyable for everyone, we have established the following Code of Conduct. By attending the event, you agree to abide by these rules:
Be respectful of other attendees, regardless of their gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.
Treat other attendees as you would like to be treated. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Be mindful of the noise level and respect the space of other attendees. Use of loud, disruptive or offensive language or behaviour is not permitted.
Follow the instructions of event staff, volunteers, and security personnel.
Please be mindful while eating and drinking around the games to prevent accidental spills or damage to equipment. We recommend that you keep any food or drink away from the gaming tables and use the designated eating areas provided.
Do not damage, steal, or misuse event property, including games, equipment, and furniture.
Be aware of your personal belongings at all times. Fraser Valley Tabletop Day is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
Any violations of this Code of Conduct will be taken seriously and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
By attending Fraser Valley Tabletop Day, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. We hope you have a fun and enjoyable experience at the event.
If you experience or witness any violations of the Code of Conduct, please inform a member of the event staff immediately.
